TO RESERVE
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the house. The balance may be paid to us in the US before departure; or in Costa Rica, upon arrival, to us or our managers in traveler's checks or cash.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments to our U.S. address can be by personal/business check, cashiers/registered check, money order or a funded Pay Pal account. We cannot accept personal checks in Costa Rica, so please be prepared to pay any balance with traveler’s checks or cash.
TO CANCEL
We require 60 days advance notice (more for holiday bookings) to cancel. With that notice, we will refund your deposit minus 15% of the total rent. After that the deposit is not refundable.
